Where is the ceremony and how do I get to the venue?

Our wedding ceremony will be held at Spanish Trail Country Club.

We recommend using the main entrance on W. Tropicana Ave between S. Rainbow Blvd and S. Buffalo Dr. The country club is in a gated neighborhood. You must provide a valid driver’s license at the guard gate to receive a guest pass. Please let them know you are there for the Rebecca and Michael wedding.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

There is ample, free parking in front of the club house. You must display your guest pass on the dash of your vehicle. The club house entrance is straight across from the parking lot, through the double doors.

Will the ceremony take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be taking place outside on the club house lawn; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive at least 30 min before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM, and the seating will begin at 4:30 PM.

Where should I sit?

The first two rows will be reserved for parents and immediate family. All other seating is open to all guests.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Women should wear dresses or suits. Any length of dress is acceptable. Men should wear suits – ties are optional. We would greatly appreciate it if you could reserve ivory for the bride.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, we will be taking pictures around the club house and golf course. Guests can head back inside the club house where we will be serving hors d’oeuvres and beverages during a cocktail hour. You may be called to join in the bride and groom’s photos. Following cocktail hour you will be notified to enter the ballroom for the reception dinner.

Can I take photos during the ceremony to post on social media?

There will be a professional photographer and videographer hired to capture the highlights of the day. However, we would love to see the event through your lens as well. Please tag the bride or groom (or both) if you plan on posting the photos on social media!

Where can I find the photos from the wedding day?

We purchased our wedding website domain for a year. We will update the “Photos” tab once we receive the photos from the photographer. Please share your photos with us so we can upload them as well. The photographer takes about 2-8 weeks to share the photos with us.
